DUMAS, Texas (KVII) — The Dumas Demonettes softball team (34-5) made history last weekend when they swept Brownfield to advance to the regional final this week against Andrews (33-7).
It is the farthest the Demonettes have ever reached in the softball playoffs.
Dumas begins play on Friday in Frenship at 6 p.m. and Game two is on Saturday at 11 a.m., and Game 3, if necessary, would follow.
