Man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl 11 times in month indicted

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl 11 times in a month was indicted..

Peighton Benjamin Rodriguez, 20, was indicted by a Randall County grand jury on 11 counts of aggravated sexual assault assault of a child.

The victim is a girl under the age of 14.

According to court records, the first incident happened Jan. 10. The last was on Feb. 6.
