CHARLESTON COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — Bond has been decided in the case of a man who was taken into custody Thursday after hitting two children and an adult with his car, and then fleeing the scene on Sullivan's Island.
Justin Collin Adams, 36 of Greenville, is charged with three counts of attempted murder and one count of first-degree assault and battery, according to jail records.
At his bond hearing, Adams was given a $100,000 surety bond for his assault and battery charge and was given no bond for his three attempted murder charges.

According to the Charleston County Sheriff's Office, Adams used his vehicle as a weapon to hurt children by driving onto an active playground, injuring multiple children and a teacher.
One of the children and the adult injured in the incident were taken to the hospital and treated for injuries. The child was discharged on Thursday, while the adult remains in the hospital, according to the church community.
The second child suffered minor injuries and was treated, then released at the scene.
