Amazon MGM Studios has released a first look at a new movie focused on the life of legendary Raiders coach and broadcaster John Madden.

Titled simply "Madden," the movie stars Las Vegas resident and Oscar-winner Nicolas Cage as the man who led the Silver & Black to its first Super Bowl championship.

The set photo also shows Christian Bale, who co-stars as innovative and oft-controversial Raiders owner Al Davis.

David O. Russell is directing. A release date for the film has not been announced.

Madden coached the Raiders for 10 seasons and compiled a 103-32 record in his Hall of Fame career. He later became a prominent NFL broadcaster and worked for all four major networks.

He also lent his name and football knowledge to the Madden NFL video game series.
